If your components go out for repair, the problem is the same.

What we learned in large-scale mining works in any operation where an expensive component goes out to an external repair centre and nobody sees the whole process. Today we work with mining companies. In eight other industries, we are opening pilots.

The common problem

The industry changes. The component still goes out for repair and drops out of sight.

A transmission, a booster pump, a compressor rotor or a transformer: once the component leaves your plant, the same problems come back.

01

The ERP doesn't see what happens outside.

SAP or Maximo records that the component left. It doesn't know which repair centre it's at, what stage it's in or when it comes back.

02

You don't know when repair is worth it.

Without a history by serial number, repair or replace is decided on someone's memory, not on the real cost of each repair.

03

Just-in-case inventory.

If you don't know when a component is coming back, you buy another one to cover yourself. Capital sits idle in spares and in third parties' hands.

04

Everything is coordinated by email and WhatsApp.

Plant, repair centre, inspector and transport provider each go their own way. Nobody sees who has the next action.

Industries

Eight industries where we see the same problem.

We chose them because they send high-value components out for repair and share components, and often repair centres, with large-scale mining. Today we work with mining companies; in these industries, we are opening pilots. Tap one to see the detail. The pain points are hypotheses we validate with you.

01 · Construction

Your equipment can't sit waiting for a component.

Typical components
  • Diesel engines
  • Transmissions
  • Torque converters
  • Final drives
  • Hydraulic cylinders
  • Hydraulic pumps
Where we think it hurts · hypothesis
The machine sits idle on the job site and nobody tells you when the component is coming back.
You don't know what each overhaul really cost you, serial number by serial number.
Each project coordinates its repairs on its own, with a different centre and a different format.
Why Aisoncore

It's the same engine, the same transmission and, often, the same repair centre. The large repair centres that serve mining already repair construction components. We bring the same process, with the same players.

Your industry isn't on the list? If your high-value components go out for repair, let's talk anyway.

How we do it

We don't start from zero. We bring what already works in mining.

The same network, the same method and the same way of connecting to your systems. What changes is your component.

The same network

In Aisoncore Network, more than 340 repair centres, technical inspectors (ITOs) and transport providers already work in a single process with large-scale mining. Those that also serve your industry join your pilot; any that are missing, we connect.

The same method

  1. STEP 1
    Diagnosis and baseline
We measure your current process with data from your ERP and sign off the baseline before we start.
  2. STEP 2
Operation with agents and an Aisoncore coordinator
The agents prompt and send reminders. Your Aisoncore coordinator calls when something gets stuck.
  3. STEP 3
    Results review
We compare against the baseline and decide together whether to scale up.

On top of your ERP, not in its place

We come in as the external repair layer on top of your ERP or CMMS. Your system stays in charge inside the plant; we cover what happens outside.
