- The Aisoncore enterprise mobile app is available on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS) (hereinafter, the “App”)

In the mobile app:
- Corporate email address, username, and login credentials, created and validated through a controlled process prior to use.
- Device storage permissions are granted solely to enable the download and local viewing of PDF documents and images required for the user's work-related tasks. The app does not access the user's personal photo gallery, camera, contacts, or any other private files on the device.
The App does not collects geographic location, biometric data, contacts, call history, SMS messages, personal photo gallery, or advertising identifiers.
3. How We Use the Information
On the website, the information is used to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests for demonstrations.
- Improve the site's content and functionality.
- To send marketing communications, always with your prior consent.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
In the App, the information is used exclusively for:

- Corporate transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will notify you in advance.
The mobile app does not integrate third-party SDKs or libraries for analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement security measures aligned with the controls specified in the ISO 27001 standard:
- Encryption in transit: All communications are conducted using at least the TLS 1.3 protocol.
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive data is encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm.
- Secure infrastructure: Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure under enterprise-level confidentiality agreements.
6. Data Retention and Disposal
We retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
- Account Deletion Request: Any user can request the deletion of their account and personal data by sending an email to contacto@aisoncore.com. The request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the necessary verification.
- Technical logs: For security and auditing purposes (ISO 27001), the Application’s access logs are retained for a minimum period of 12 months before being permanently deleted.
7. User Rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request the deletion of your data (right to be forgotten).
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data.

8. Consent in the Mobile App
When accessing the App for the first time, the user must expressly accept this Privacy Policy in order to continue. No personal data is collected or transmitted prior to such acceptance.
9. Restricted Access to the Application
The app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store, but its use is restricted to users who belong to or are affiliated with companies that are clients of Aisoncore SpA. There is no self-registration available to the general public. Account registration and validation are performed manually and under supervision, following prior coordination via email.
10. Minors
Our website and our app are intended strictly for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we detect that a minor has accessed the app, their account will be deactivated and their data will be deleted immediately.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside of Chile (Microsoft Azure). By using our services, you consent to this transfer, which is carried out in accordance with the security safeguards described in this policy.
