At Aisoncore , our journey began with a bold vision: to change the game in traceability of repairable components in mining . And while the goal was clear, the path to it was often fraught with challenges and surprises we could never have anticipated. That's why, in this brief note, I wanted to share some of the paths we've traveled to reach this new launch.
Our first version of the product caused us to stumble a few times, as we were tackling the problem of mining repairable management, which was much deeper than we imagined. Above all, we always knew how to keep moving forward with a tremendous team behind us. We dove headfirst into the process, seeking to address a large part of the component repair problem. However, we soon discovered that the magnitude of the challenge was much broader and deeper than we had imagined.
Facing this reality gave us the opportunity to see the problem in a new light: the challenge of component traceability was not exclusive to a single area, but a cross-cutting issue affecting the mining company's entire operational chain.
Working closely with our mining clients and repair providers across Chile, we understood that to be successful, we must consider the needs and dynamics of multiple areas: from warehouses, procurement, maintenance, to finance and beyond . We recognized that our vision needed to broaden, looking at the problem holistically and increasingly in-depth.
It was during this learning process that we discovered an even deeper purpose in what we were doing. We realized that our approach could not only optimize processes but also have a significant and direct impact on the local economy . By promoting and facilitating repairs instead of purchasing components from other countries, we were not only saving costs but also supporting local suppliers, creating jobs, and stimulating the economic development of surrounding communities.
Collaboration became our hallmark. Through constant teamwork with our clients and their suppliers, we identified innovative and efficient practices that allowed us to overcome the most complex obstacles. Thus, we began to build a solid network of partners, where trust and mutual support became the pillars of our shared success.
Looking back, we're proud of the tangible impact we've achieved. In less than a year, we reduced component downtime by up to 40%, brought together more than 300 suppliers in our ecosystem, tracked more than 2,000 successful repairs, and connected more than 600 users who now rely on our platform to report and improve their processes.
With everything we've learned, we're excited for the next chapter: Aisoncore Version 2. This isn't just an update, but a significant evolution that will address more complex challenges with more innovative solutions. We know that transformation is a continuous process, and we're ready to face new challenges and continue learning and growing along the way.
This new version not only features a much more intuitive interface and experience, it represents the answer to everything we've learned together with those individuals, mining companies, and suppliers who dared to trust us, those who were willing to try a new service to improve not only their operational efficiency but also their relationships with one of their main allies, the repair providers.

The adoption of technologies in the mining sector has evolved and taken on different perspectives in recent years. Today, it is a topic that aims not only to improve operational efficiency but also to address environmental and social concerns, making mining more responsible and sustainable.
In this article, we'll discuss how technology can play a crucial role in adapting and improving the repair process in the mining sector, covering its various aspects and implementing it.
This year, as part of our commitment to optimizing component repair processes, we set out to improve the usability of our solution, Aisoncore. And after hard work involving our entire team and greatly enriched by valuable feedback from our customers, version 2.0 was born.
What did we discover on this path of digitalization, efficiency, and usability? In this article, we share the main changes we implemented and the improvements we've achieved, which we will officially present at our next launch event .
